Rejuvenating cosmetics

   What makes the skin older?

   The skin grows old for several reasons:

• The blood supply of the layer of growing cells in epidermis deteriorates, making the cells grow smaller and slowing down the process of their division.
• The speed of the cells movement towards the surface of epidermis slows down, stretching the process from 3-4 weeks up to 5-8 weeks. As a result, the cells are renewed in a slower pace.
• The number of humectants and lipids in skin decreases; and its protective mantle ruin becomes damaged
• The synthesis of collagen, "young collagen", in particular, slows down. The skin is no longer elastic and flexible. It grows thinner and its carcass gets "ruined" and skin sags.

   How can the skin aging process be slowed down?

• The more intensive division of cells can be provided, by way of influence on the layer of growing cells in epidermis. Special components (biologically active peptide complex, Ginseng and Aquaftem) can produce such an effect.
• The synthesis by skin of its own Collagen in derma should be increased. Aquaftem and ASC - III system can provide this. Amino Acids, in their turn, serve as the building material.
• Local microcirculation inside derma vessels should be accelerated, which will improves the nourishment of skin cells.

   Cosmetics for eyelid skin care.

   Eye contour is the most vulnerable area of face. Regular movements (winks, squinting and etc.), climate factors (such as the sun and wind), environmental pollution, as well as many other things lead to the appearance of first signals of skin aging and weariness, and it is the contour eye area that is affected before everything else. Problems such as wrinkles, edemas, dark circles under the eyes, skin firing on eyelids are familiar to almost everyone.

   Why is special cosmetics needed for eyelids?

   Eyelid skin is much thinner than that of the rest of the face. There are almost no fatty cells in this area of skin - there is loose tissue, instead, which stretches easily, causing the appearance of wrinkles, lines, edemas etc.
Apart from that, the mimicry muscles, responsible for the motion of eyelids, are also thin - the fact that contributes to the appearance of wrinkle.

  What makes "bags" under eyes appear and why do eyelids get swollen?

   The connective tissue of derma and of fatty cells structure weakens with age, "sags" and the lumps of fat form "a swelling". These displaced fatty lumps make up what is called " a bag". This swelling is caused by the deficiency of lymphatic blood circulation in the area around eyes. During the day the lymphatic vessels are in the constant use, providing the normal lymphatic efflux. While, at night the process slows down, the eyelids remain motionless, and water, salts and even alcohol, drunk the day before are accumulated there. As a result of this, the tissues stretch and edemas appear.

   What makes "dark circles" appear under eyes?

   The reason for that are difficulties in blood flow. When the flow of the dark venous blood in the vessels gets slower, the pigment becomes visible through the thin skin. Apart from that, the pigmentation accumulates in the connective tissue and the skin acquires the typical coloring (varying from yellow to dark shades), forming the so-called "dark circles". As the initial point of blood circulation is located in the inner corner of an eye, it is there that the "dark spots" appear first.
   There is a whole range of cosmetic products, based on Aquaftem - the preparation, which improves local microcirculation, increases the venous and lymphatic flow, enriching the tissues with oxygen, diminishing the occurrence of irritations on skin - that in combination with a complex of medicinal additives (the effect of which is as well enhanced by Aquaftem) eradicates all the contour eye skin problems.

F-I. Eye make-up remover gel

   The gel leaves eyelids with a soft and delicate skin. It does not cause irritation and dryness of skin after make-up removal.
   Directions: Apply a small amount of gel on eyelids with wet cotton wool, and then rinse carefully with water.
   Main ingredients: Aquaftem, Lipid Concentrate, Olive Oil, Glycerin, Proxanol, Natural Thickener from Guara Seeds.

F-II. Moisturizing eye contour cream-gel (for edema and eye circles removal)

   The delicate cream-gel perfectly moisturizes and smoothes around eye wrinkles, which appear as a result of skin dehydration. The cream prevents the appearance of new wrinkles. Cream-gel makes strong eyelid skin with the help of the complex of microelements and vitamins. It creates the feeling of comfort and protects skin from possible harmful outside influence.
   Directions: Daily in the morning and/or in the evening apply in small amounts onto the skin, moving with light pressing touches from the outer to the inner side of an eye.
   Main ingredients: Aquaftem, Arnica Extract, Olive and Silybum Marianum Oils, Liposomes with Vitamin E, Glycerin.

F-VI. Revitalizing cream-gel for eyelid skin.

   This cream-gel of a light consistency possesses a strong restorative quality. The Extract of the Antlers of Young Siberian Stags, which is included in the cream-gel's formula, helps to activate all the metabolic processes within the skin cells, gradually smoothing the mimicry lines. Aquaftem supports the cells nourishment with oxygen and intensifies blood circulation. Regular use of this cosmetic product revitalizes faded contour eye skin.
   Directions: Apply with light patting movements onto the skin of lower eyelids, moving from the outer corner of an eye towards the inner corner.

C-I. Anti-wrinkle lifting cream

The hydrophilic mixture of natural components - Wheat Germ Protein Hydrolizate, Vegetable Extracts and Collagen - activates the lifting process. The cream moisturizes the skin deeply, helping the skin to restore the natural moisturizing factor. It safeguards skin from environmental pollution, by creating a film that protects it from water and dust. The cream does not stretch the skin; on the contrary, the skin becomes more elastic and flexible, while the net of small lines is smoothed over.
   Directions: Apply the lifting-cream any time you like. Especially good when used during the day as a make-up base. Apply on a thoroughly cleansed face and neck, strictly along the massage lines.
   Main ingredients: Aquaftem, Collagen, Extracts of Wheat Germs and Hedge Rose (Rosa L.), Carbamide, Laminaria Extract.

C-II N. Restorative cream-gel

   It is a modern cream, which formula is perfectly adjusted to the needs of normal and combination skin. The cream stimulates the tissue respiration, and skin cells regeneration. It possesses antiseptic qualities. Aquaftem carries oxygen into the deep layers of skin and stirs up the work of the active components. Liposomes with Vitamin E, being effective natural antioxidants, impede the creation of free radicals within skin cells. They prevent peroxidation of cellular membranes lipids avoiding their destruction and the skin aging process. Apart from that, they stimulate the work of skin ferments. Amino Acids, in their turn, see to the regulation of metabolism, moisturize and nourish the skin, increasing its turgor and elasticity and saving the skin from the appearance of wrinkles.    The cream can be used for daily skin care, and during the procedure of cosmetic ionophoresis together with "KION-1" device. The cream is the most effective when used together with the "KION-1" cosmetic device.
   Cosmetic ionophoresis is based the movements of electrically charged particles within electromagnetic field, which provides the penetration of active substances of the cream through the corneous layer of epidermis inside the skin.    Directions: Apply the thick coat of cream onto the cleansed skin, leave for 15-20 minutes, then remove with a napkin or rinse with warm water.
   Use once or twice a week. It can be applied daily as a day cream.
   Main ingredients: Aquaftem, Nettle Extracts, St. John`s Wort and Hedge Rose.

C-IV N. Regenerative cream-gel for fading skin

   This is a modern cream with a formula, perfectly adjusted to the needs of fading skin. It smoothes the net of small lines, stimulating tissue respiration. The cream slows down the skin aging process, and accelerates skin cells renewal.
   Aquaftem carries oxygen into the deep layers of skin, activating tissue respiration and stirring up the work of the active components. Liposomes with Vitamin E, being effective natural antioxidants, impede the creation of free radicals within skin tissues. They prevent peroxidation of cellular membranes lipids avoiding their destruction and the skin aging process. Apart from that, they stimulate the work of skin ferments. Protein-peptide complex assures the active regeneration of cells. Lipid concentrate restores the skin barrier functions, and stimulates the work of biologically active components.    The cream can be used for faded skin care, and during the procedure of cosmetic ionophoresis together with "KION-1" device. C-V. Rejuvenating cream with ASC-III system

   This cream is intended for dry and normal neck and facial skin for people over the age of 30-40 and for those with premature symptoms of skin aging. This cream contains ASC-III system, which stimulates the synthesis of collagen. The regular use of cream will help to slow down the natural aging of skin on the cellular level.    Directions: Apply in the evening (or in the morning and in the evening) onto a thoroughly cleansed skin.
   Recommended course is 15-30 days.
